Thomas Areola

Chairman

Mr. Thomas Areola is the Chairman of Lasera Consulting Limited. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Technology, Marketing, and Business Strategy, and is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School's Owner Manager Program.

With an accomplished career spanning financial advisory, auditing, human capital consulting, business ethics, and corporate governance, Mr. Areola has established business interests across insurance, telecommunications, financial services, capital markets, and the oil and gas sector.

He is the pioneer Chairman of Lasera Consulting Limited, Worldlink Insurance Brokers Limited, Initiative Finance Limited, and Speedo Energy Resources Limited. He has also served on the boards of several organizations, including Integrated Corporate Services Limited, where he retired as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in 2008.

Lawrence Aluko

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Lawrence Aluko provides the strategic leadership and vision that drive Lasera Consulting Limited's growth and innovation.

He holds an MBA in Technology Management and a Master's degree in Information Technology. He is also a Certified Microsoft Systems Engineer (MCSE) and an Associate Cisco Certified Engineer.

With over 30 years of experience in telecommunications, electrical engineering, and information technology, Mr. Aluko has held several senior technical and management positions. Before joining Lasera Consulting Limited, he spent fourteen years with SITA/Equant (now Orange Business Services), serving as Engineer, Workshop Manager, Country Operating Officer for Nigeria, and ultimately Head of Network Operations for West Africa.

Babatunde Oke

Business Development Manager

Mr. Babatunde Oke leads the company's business development initiatives, focusing on strategic partnerships, client engagement, and market expansion.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Lagos State University (LASU) and a Diploma in Business Administration. He has completed numerous professional training programmes in business management, software solutions, and hardware technologies, contributing to the company's continued growth and customer satisfaction.

Bello Ibrahim

Project Coordinator, Telecommunications Services

Mr. Bello Ibrahim coordinates the planning and execution of the company's telecommunications projects, ensuring quality delivery and operational excellence.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and has extensive experience in radio network planning and optimization, radio frequency tuning, and frequency scanning. His technical expertise plays a key role in the successful delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects.

Yunus Adebayo

Regional Team Lead – Port Harcourt

Mr. Yunus Adebayo oversees the day-to-day operations of the company's Port Harcourt office, ensuring efficient project execution and exceptional client service across the region.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and has received professional training in project management, microwave communications, VSAT installation, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices.

Adeyinka Oyefeso

Finance & Administration Manager

Mr. Adeyinka Oyefeso is responsible for the company's finance and administrative operations, ensuring sound financial management and regulatory compliance.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lagos State University (LASU) and an Accounting qualification from Yaba College of Technology. Before joining Lasera Consulting Limited, he gained professional experience with Sign Affairs and Tantalizers Plc.

At Lasera Consulting Limited, he oversees payroll administration, tax compliance with the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS) and the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), financial reporting, invoicing, and client account management, supporting the company's operational efficiency and financial integrity.
