Management

Thomas Areola - Chairman

Mr. Areola is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He has a Master"s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Technology, marketing, and business strategy. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School where he attended the Owner Manager Program in 2002.

Mr. Areola prefaced his adventure of entrepreneurial and talent development with wide experience in financial advisory, auditing, human capital consulting, business ethics, and values. He has business interests in insurance, telecommunication, financial and capital market, oil, and gas marketing amongst others.

He is the pioneer Chairman of Lasera Consulting Limited, Worldlink Insurance Brokers Limited, Initiative Finance Limited, and Speedo Energy Resources Limited. He also sits as a Director on a number of companies including Integrated Corporate Service Limited where he retired as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in 2008.

Lawrence Aluko - Chief Executive Officer

He has MBA in technology management and a Master's degree in information technology. He is a certified Microsoft Systems Engineer and an associate Cisco certified Engineer. He craft strategy and vision for the company

He has over thirty years of experience in the field of telecommunication, Electrical, and Computer Engineering.

He worked with SITA / Equant now Orange Telecom in various positions as Engineer, Workshop Manager, Country Operating Officer – Nigeria and resigned as Head Network Operations for West Africa after fourteen years of meritorious service.

Babatunde Oke – Business Development

He is in charge of Business Development for the company. He has a BSc in Computer Science from Lagos State University (L.A.S.U) and Diploma in Business Administration. He has attended courses on Business management, software, and Hardware installations amongst others.

Bello Ibrahim – Project Coordinator, Telecommunication Services

He is the project coordinator for Telecommunication Services for the company. He has a BSc Electrical/Electronic Engineering, with years of experience in Radio Network Planning & Optimization, Radio Fine Tuning and Performing frequency scanning.

Yunus Adebayo – Team Lead – Port Harcourt

He manages the day-to-day activities of the region. He has a BSc in Computer Science and he has attended courses on project management, microwave, and Vsat installations, and general Health Safety & Environment amongst others.

Adeyinka Oyefeso – Finance / Admin.

He has BSc. Business Administration from Lagos State University (L.A.S.U) and Accounting from Yaba College of Technology. He has worked with Sign Affairs and Tanterlizers. Since joining Lasera Consulting Limited he has been responsible for cash impress, payrolls, LIRS, and FIRS. Also relates to our clients regarding invoices.
